YOUR RENAISSANCE is a powerful brainwave entrainment program aimed at renewing your life. It trains your brain to develop new neural network patterns that will lead to increased inspiration to fulfill your heart’s desires and create the life you truly want to live.

The demands of modern life can leave us feeling stressed-out, anxious, worried, and chronically thinking negative thoughts. These states of mind have been scientifically proven to cause self-reinforcing patterns in life – what we think, we become. When we feel this way for a prolonged period of time, we are completely unable to perform at our best or even think creatively about new possibilities in life.

However, these problems are all treatable. Providing the brain with healthy brainwave patterns will correct unbalanced states of brainwave activity and bring about harmonious, positive change in life.

The first step in accessing our highest potential is to embrace present-moment awareness. Present moment awareness is the shift from stress, anxiety and fear to living with a mindset full of clarity, faith, trust, one-pointed focus, confidence and enthusiasm for life by focusing on reality unfolding right in front of us.

In order to achieve present-moment awareness, your limiting beliefs, assumptions about reality and mental blockages will all be challenged as they are exposed to the clarity of the harmonious brainwave patterns developed specifically for this program.

It is very normal for things that have been suppressed to come up when we begin to transform our lives and embrace our inner truth. We have designed this program to transform your mindset and also support the positive changes that will build a better you – all while minimizing the undesirable side-effects.

Most users will experience the benefits of this program after the first few sessions. After 1-3 months of working with this program, you should experience lasting concrete and tangible benefits. Finally, after 4-6 months of working with ‘Your Renaissance’, most users report undergoing deep and transformative results.

We have developed a suggested schedule for Personal Renaissance that can be likened to a fitness regime for the mind. It is important to be gentle with yourself in pursuing this program and a gradual progression through the sessions will make the positive changes more sustainable and long-lasting.

Level 1 trains your brain to operate in a relaxed state of mind and Level 2 moves your awareness deeper into the realm of meditation.

We’ve also included ‘Additional Tools’ to be used as needed for increased mental focus, uplifting your mood and dealing with difficult emotions while working through the program.

Level 1

CONTEMPLATION (NEW)

Contemplation is where we begin our Personal Renaissance and is recommended to be used on alternating days with Restoration for the first part of your journey. It is a beautiful session that trains the brain to relax and slow down so that we can discern what is important in our lives.

This session targets perfect equilibrium between both hemispheres of the brain. It is the relaxed, dream-like, creative thinking state that is found when you are watching a sunrise without the burden of any concern or stress. The state delivered through Contemplation is the optimal way to creatively problem-solve and make the decisions in life that matter.

The session initially brings you to 10 Hz before arriving at 8.5 Hz for the majority of the session

  • We advise to use headphones but it can also work with quality speakers in a quiet room making sure the beat is audible.

  • Suggested for use during the first half of the day but can be used in the evening as well.

  • We recommend using CONTEMPLATION and/or Restoration a maximum of 4 times per week.

  • Your eyes must be closed during the session. It is recommended to use this track while in a comfortable and quiet space.

Restoration is a beautiful counterpart to Contemplation and helps guide your journey in the first part of this program. It takes the brain on a similar journey to its counterpart but intentionally uses a slightly different schedule. This slight alteration in schedule is useful for increasing neuroplasticity and allowing the changes brought about from relaxation to take hold much faster.

This session will help you to find relaxation without making you sleepy. Here you are taken through four different frequencies: 12.5HZ, 10HZ, 11HZ and 8.5 HZ to arrive at your renewal.

Tolerance is part of the second stage of the Your Renaissance program. After learning to relax and getting used to operating in a relaxed state we are primed to begin an exploration into the world of meditation. Greater possibility and creative thinking, open to deeper and deeper levels of consciousness when you harness the true power of meditation!

This session is perfectly-designed for people stepping into the field of meditation for the very first time.

The session targets frequency ranges of 6.5HZ and 7.5HZ and will make you more tolerant to stress and help to develop a healthier connection with your self-identity.

  • This session requires the use of headphones.

  • Suggested for use during the evening.

  • We recommend using Tolerance and/or The Change a maximum of 5 times per week.

  • Close your eyes and relax your whole body. It is recommended to use this session while in a comfortable and quiet place.

The Change targets similar brainwave frequency ranges as Tolerance, however, a different schedule is used in order to optimize neural plasticity in the brain. It uses isochronic tones targeting the frequency range of 6.5 Hz and 7.5 Hz to bring you into a meditative state. Like Tolerance, it is optimal for people new to the field of meditation and is intended to be used on alternating days with Tolerance.

  • We recommend using TOLERANCE and/or The Change a maximum of 5 times per week.

Sessions
Level 2

The Monk is the first session in Level 2 of Your Renaissance. It is intended to bring you into deep resonance with your inner world. The brainwave schedule is based on an exciting discovery made by Maxwell Cane when studying the brainwave patterns of Zen monks in deep meditation after several months of retreat.

This session can be quite intense for some and if it brings up deep-seated emotions, the Deep Calm session (see ‘Additional Tools’) can be used afterwards to facilitate a more graceful transition.

The Monk uses a schedule of four different frequencies: 10 Hz, 9.5 Hz, 8.5 Hz and 7 Hz. 7 Hz is the most important frequency as it sits in the ‘theta’ range. The session will keep you at this frequency for 35 minutes before gently bringing you back to cognitive awareness.

This powerful program will help the brain achieve deep psychic healing and provide the context for developing a strong self-identity. This session will ground you and develop a calm temperament. Contentment is a natural response to this session and you will find innate fulfillment just as you are – with great joy and beauty in the simplest aspects of life.

Inner Strength is yet another powerful session that will reinforce a solid perseverance for meeting life’s challenges. Gain new clarity to remove deep-seated unhealthy attachments to your past so that you can become aware of the true potential that you objectively possess. This potential has brought users to the powerful realization that they are whole as they are and can problem solve from a much higher vantage point. You will feel confident in a way that strikes deep to your core and affirms a feeling of resolve that allows you to stand tall and stable in the world – become a sovereign master of your life!

This session is a beautiful counterpart to THE MONK and intended to be used on alternate days of the program with The Monk. It will keep the brain agile and flexible as it moves you into a theta state of awareness.

  • We advise to use headphones but it can also work with quality speakers in a quiet room making sure the beat is audible.

  • Suggested for use during the evening or even during the day when you won’t have any serious tasks or responsibilities to handle for the next 2 to 3 hours.

  • We recommend The Monk and/or Inner Strength a maximum of 2 times per week.

  • However, it is recommended to use this session while in a comfortable and quiet place.

Peace, is an advanced session recommended for use during the last stage of the program. This powerful meditation session will bring you into a theta state based on a schedule that will travel through three different frequencies before arriving at 6.5 Hz – deep into the theta brainwave state.

It is a lighter meditative experience than The Monk and Inner Strength and allows you to proceed functionally through your life like a joyful child – peaceful, tranquil and without a concern in the world.

Users report that using this session several times a week leads to a lasting state of intrinsic peace, where they connect with a steady but relaxed awareness with a deep knowing of their true alignment in life.

Another amazing benefit of this session isn’t only mental – it’s physiological! The frequencies used in this session have been demonstrated to lower blood pressure.

Connectio will induce you into a powerful, deep meditative state that is both functional in everyday life and enhances clarity.

It uses a slightly different schedule consisting of two frequencies: 7.5 Hz and 6.5 Hz. It is meant to be used on alternate days from Peace and recommended during the final stage of Your Renaissance program.

Deep meditative awareness and a connection with your true self are the primary intentions of this powerful track. You will be brought into a deep knowing of who you truly are and how you inter-connect with the world, the people in your life and most importantly, yourself.

  • Suggested for use during the late afternoon or evening. You will likely feel very relaxed and will want to proceed with ease after the session.

Inner Universe is the ultimate track in the Your Renaissance program. It is recommended for use after the initial program is complete to reinforce your personal role in the flow of existence.

The benefits of this session are immense as it utilizes the most powerful brainwave frequency: The Schumann Frequency (7.83 Hz). The Schumann Frequency is the background frequency in the universe, emanating from the Big Bang and sits at the cusp of the alpha-theta brainwave interface.

This session starts at 13 Hz and goes through four other frequencies before arriving at 7.83 Hz.

The intention of this track is to provide immense psychic healing, remove existential fears and allow you to feel deeply in harmony with life itself.

After using Inner Universe, users have experienced benefits such as a one-pointed awareness that allows them to move gracefully through life and enhances healing and recovery. This is the perfect session to use when you are experiencing mental, emotional and/or physical discomfort and want to re-connect with the abundant life force energy that nature holds – the heartbeat of planet Earth.

When you tap into the true power of the Schumann Frequency, you will tune your brain to the cosmos where deep intuitive insights about the nature of reality are finally possible!

Additional tools

Mood Up is the perfect way to begin your day with a fresh and optimistic outlook! This simple and concise 20-minute session will take you from 11 Hz to 45 Hz and aims at elevating your mood and cognitive function to meet the needs of your day!

Though it is recommended to be use first thing in the morning, it is completely appropriate to use this track anytime during the day when you might need a little boost and a positive outlook can help.

  • Relax your whole body. You may choose to close your eyes or leave them open. It is recommended to use this session while in a comfortable and quiet place.

Deep Calm is an additional session in Personal Renaissance program developed specifically to calm down negative emotions. We recommend using this session whenever you feel yourself in a negative state of mind and want to find calmness and tranquility.

This session targets each hemisphere of the brain in a different way, in order to correct imbalances that cause unnecessary, negative states of mind. The right hemisphere of the brain will be synchronized to 10 Hz while the left hemisphere will be synchronized to 17 Hz. Towards the end of the session, both hemispheres of the brain will be synchronized at 10 Hz.

  • Close your eyes and relax your whole body. If you are in a noisy environment use headphones. However, it is recommended to use this session while in a comfortable and quiet place.

Mental Workout really brings energy to the brain to help optimize cognitive function for solving a broad range of problems. This session allows you to speed up your brain making it easier for you to solve  problems in a more efficient way with a more positive outcome and it is the perfect tool to compliment your Personal Renaissance!

While initially using this session, slight headaches are a possible side-effect as the brain learns to operate in a more clear and cognitive way. However, these possible side-effects will dissipate after the first few uses once the brain learns to adapt.

Unlike the sessions found in level one and two, Mental Workout targets higher frequency ranges. The session uses a schedule that takes you through the following frequencies: 15 Hz, 18 Hz and 20 Hz.
