There is no need to explain that the quality of your sleep determines the quality of your daily life. Our selection here is made up of sessions that will allow you to sink into a deep and restful sleep, some will even help you effortlessly go to the source of your problem. We have also included meditation sessions aimed at putting you in a state of inner peace, of calm and silence. This in turn will allow you in the medium or long term, resolve any of your sleep issues.


Certain frequency Brainwave patterns are associated with deep relaxation and with specific stages of sleep, including the lighter stages of non-REM sleep. REM sleep itself, is mostly composed of Beta waves and other activity that’s similar to an alert, waking brain. Deep meditation produces Theta waves, which are a slower frequency than Alpha waves.
The faster the brainwave pattern, the greater your state of arousal. The slower and lower the frequency brainwaves are, the deeper your state of relaxation.
Scientists have observed for decades that exposure to sound waves can affect brainwave patterns. In a process called entertainment, when exposed to sound waves at certain frequencies, brainwave patterns adjust to align with those frequencies.

This program aims to enhance the brain’s ability to induce healthy states of sleep by exposing it to the corresponding frequencies.

Sessions

– Use this session when in bed. As well as helping you to have a sound sleep, it will teach your brain how to relax. The session was designed for people with overactive minds. After waking up, some users might experience dizziness as a side effect and this can happen after the first few sessions. You can, in this case, use the Energizer session to help you come back to your normal awake state. The frequencies used in this session are 7.5HZ and 7.83HZ .

– This sessions is to be used when in bed, before sleeping. By combining 10HZ and the frequency of Schumann (7.83HZ), a relaxation of your mind and your body (two important prerequisites for a good quality sleep) follows. Here again, if when you wake up, you experience dizziness, go to the Energizer session which will allow you to return to a natural state of alertness. This track can be viewed as a meditation session that promotes deep relaxation as well.

– With this powerful session, you will soon be taken to a very deep restorative sleep, a state where your brain repairs body and mind. The session is made of Isochronic tones, the frequencies used belong to the Epsilon range; 1.5hz being the most significant. When you wake up, if you are still drowsy,  try Energizer.

– This session will first relaxe you deeply, then it will take you to the deep Delta range of frequencies, where you will simply dive into a restorative sleep. Your brain will be synchronized to 1.05 HZ after spending 9 minutes in 7.83HZ. The goal here is to train your brain to relax and to get into a state of beautiful, restful sleep. The session will solve your sleep problems in the medium & long term, as well as helping in recovery.

Meditation is one of the best ways to develop great sleep, entering it with an empty mind, without worries buzzing in the background. The two frequencies targeted here are 5.5 HZ and 5.05 HZ, which we carefully selected so you can achieve a beautiful state of inner peace. The number of other benefits is immense, including improving your inner guidance & relationship with yourself as well as a higher tolerance to stress in your waking life.

The frequencies used are 9HZ, 10HZ and 7.83HZ.

A very deep meditation during which you may fall asleep. Our goal here, is to train your brain to relax and release all subconscious tension. We use Isochronous tones, which solve many problems without practically any effort on your part. The difference between this session and the last, is that at the end of the track we bring you back from your meditative state.

– Energizer has been created to help start your day more energized and with a great mood. Use this piece if you need a boost. Here we have carefully combined 15HZ, 18HZ and 20HZ. If in particular, after using one of the sleep induction or meditation sessions, you feel dizzy or tired, then use this. It can also be used at any time of the day for a boost in mental and physical energy, helping you to take on your daily tasks.

Being deeply passionate about, healthy living, psychology, human development and synchronisation to nature’s circadian rhythms have inspired Donatas to dedicate his life to improving and elevating people to unveil their true potential.
